The discussions, held in Nairobi on 19/Feb/20206 , focused on enhancing economic, cultural, and diplomatic links between Angola and Kenya, two strategic partners on the African continent. Both leaders emphasised the importance of deepening collaboration in key sectors including trade, investment, education and cultural exchange.
Mr. Mutinda highlighted AAMECC’s role in facilitating partnerships between African nations and international counterparts, noting that Kenya and Angola share significant opportunities for mutual growth, particularly within the frameworks of economic integration and intra-Africa trade.
Ambassador Constantino reaffirmed Angola’s commitment to expanding cooperation with Kenya, underscoring ongoing efforts to implement existing agreements that foster political consultation and technical cooperation. He also expressed interest in promoting increased private sector engagement and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
